End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Quadra Audio grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and execute Hydra on up to two (2) macOS devices owned exclusively by Licensee.

2. Restrictions

Licensee shall not reverse engineer, decompile, patch, or bypass cryptographic authorization mechanisms (Quadra Guard).

3. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America.
